This product is a very particular brew. The first brewing process we introduce a very special type of the fermented output of Silkworm tea. As you may or may not know Mulberry leaves at the only food silk worms eat. So on the farm where this Mulberry comes from the farmer processes the Mulberry leaves, which have been eaten by the silk worms and produces tea which is delicious, and has a huge increase in flavonoids. We then use the tea to produce this amazing kombucha in very limited batches. The is link below which explains the science in great detail.

- Caution attention: Be sure to refrigerate kombucha bottles for at least 24 hours before opening. Please open slowly with caution. Some of them might be very fizzy. The bottle needs to be cold. Please keep it in the fridge around 4-5C, and consume it within 10 days. They will be expired within one month of your purchase.
